Philip Halley

Philip Edward Halley IV, 60, a resident of Cleveland, TN passed away on Thursday, December 25, 2025 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Jacksonville, NC on August 4, 1965. He enjoyed working with Ham Radios, being a Civil War re-enactor and was an avid motorcycle enthusiast.

He is preceded in death by his father Philip Edward Halley III.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving wife Melinda Kager Halley, his mother Ester Hatcher Schindler, one sister Paige Halley, one niece Dayle Noske, one nephew Devin Noske, several other extended family members and a host of special friends.
