Penelope Willey, 51, a resident of Cleveland, TN passed away on Tuesday afternoon, March 31st, 2015 in a Chattanooga hospital. She was born on May 4th, 1963 in Milford, Massachusetts a daughter of the late Carl & Gloria Willey. Penelope had relocated to this area from New York. She attended the Mountain View Church of God.

Penelope leaves behind to cherish her memory one daughter Ella Amish, one grandson, two very special friends Lucille Humphries and Treva Wooten and numerous other extended family members.

Per her request there will be no public services at this time.
