Peggy Van Buren

Peggy Diane Van Buren, 68, of Jellico, Tennessee passed away on Thursday, May 2, 2024. Peggy was born on August 2, 1955, in Cullman, Alabama. She enjoyed watching her favorite sports teams, going to yard sales, bowling, painting ceramic figures, and spending time with her dog, Spike. Peggy was always a very dedicated student, passing that trait on to her son, Jason.

Peggy was preceded in death by her mother, Ruby Bayless Speagle; and her brother, Ronnie Veal.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her son, Jason Wayne Van Buren; brothers, Bobby Speagle, and Jeremey Speagle; and her sisters, Melinda Speagle Sansing, Tena Speagle, and Jeanie Speagle Caples; along with a host of extended family and friends.
