Paula Estelle Tom

Paula Estelle Mooneyhan Tom was born on October 17, 1955, in Omaha Nebraska. She went into the arms of Jesus, her Lord and Savior on Friday, June 26, 2026, at 12:24 am surrounded by her loved ones.

She was a wonderful mother, daughter, sister, aunt and a friend to many. She never knew a stranger and would always offer a helping hand or anything anyone needed. She loved reading her Bible and drinking a cup of coffee accompanied by her Yorkie "Precious" which went with her everywhere she traveled until her passing in April. She also had a cat named "Tippy".

Paula was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Louis Tom of Nebraska; grandmother, Lovey Highley; mother, Estelle Mae Mooneyhan; loving daughter, Linda Gail Seagle and "Precious", her Yorkshire Terrier.

She is survived by her siblings, Debra and husband Kelley Ford, Bill Mooneyhan and fiancé Debora Dodson, and Barbi Coffey; best friend, Rhonda Dexter; her lovely, adopted mom, Sue Pyle; several nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews and many cousins, and friends from abroad.

Her hobbies were fishing, bead work, crafts, plants, gardening and reading her books and Bible. She loved the beautiful hills of Tennessee that surrounded her homestead while sitting on her patio drinking a cup of coffee.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, July 5, 2026, at 3:00 pm at Glory Church of Dante, 313 Brown Drive, Knoxville, TN 37918.
