Paul Leslie Swearengin

Paul Swearengin, age 63 of Ooltewah, departed this life on Saturday, October 2, 2021 at his residence. Born on May 5, 1958 in Akron, Ohio; he lived a majority of his life in Hamilton County and was of the Baptist faith. Paul loved watching classic TV such as the Andy Griffith Show, the Three Stooges, and Gomer Pyle; he also enjoyed camping, fishing, traveling to Gatlinburg and spending time with his family.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ralph Swearengin; brother, Wayne Swearengin; and sister, Beverly Dawson.
Left behind to cherish Paul’s memory are his loving wife, Rhonda Swearengin; daughter, Mya Durham; mother, Martha Daniel; brothers, Nolan, Jerry, Donald and Henry Swearengin; as well as several nieces, nephews, extended family members, and a host of friends.
A Celebration of Life and Home going for Paul Leslie Swearengin will be held at 2 PM Monday, October 11, 2021 from the Cleveland Chapel of Companion Funeral Home with Pastor Jason Ollis officiating. Interment will follow in the Ooltewah Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 12 noon until the time of the service at the funeral home
