Patricia is survived by son Kyle Evans, daughter Samantha Kitchen,grand-daughter Julia Evans, brother Edward Evert, sister Veronica Bombria and sister Donna Evert
Patricia is preceded in death by spouse Walter Evans, son Michael Evans and both parents Edward and Patricia Evert.
