Pamela Gardner

Pamela Proffitt Gardner passed away peacefully at Bradley Medical Center on Wednesday, August 13th, with her loving family by her side. Born on December 31, 1960, Pamela lived a life full of love, kindness, and creativity that touched all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her father, Fred Proffitt. Left to cherish her memory are her mother, Daisy Faye Nipper Proffitt; sisters, Glenda (Gary) Rose and Kathy Proffitt Queen; her children, Josh (Tera) Caughron and Jennifer Caughron; and her beloved grandchildren, Zack Caughron, A.J. Caughron, Xander Caughron, Cooper Caughron, Tucker Caughron, Phoebe Gardner, Tyson Jones, and Obama Smith.

Pamela had a deep love for art and spent countless hours drawing and painting. She was truly gifted and enjoyed sharing her talent with others. Her creative spirit and warm heart will be remembered by her family, friends, and all who were blessed to know her.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, August 21, 2025, at Companion Funeral Home in the Ridge Chapel. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., with the memorial service beginning at 6:00 p.m.

Pamela's legacy will live on in the love of her family and the beauty of her artwork. She will be deeply missed.
