Pamela Faye Geren Coblentz, lovingly known as Pam, was 68 when she left this world early in the morning on January 15, 2026, but not before filling it with a lot of laughter, color, and love. She had a gift for making people laugh, and she rarely missed a chance to share a joke, a funny story, or a quick one‑liner that could completely change the mood of a room.
As many of you know, Pam contracted polio when she was very young and, as a result, she could not wear heels or dance. Despite her many illnesses, she spent the first hour of her day, every day, praising and thanking God, and she dreamed of the day she would go to heaven and be able to dance, run, and twirl. I know she is in heaven, praising God and dancing her little heart out.
Pam was a true animal lover who never met a creature she didn't want to spoil a little. Her creative spirit showed up everywhere in her life-whether she was painting, writing, or building birdhouses. If something could be made more beautiful with a bit of paint, imagination, or whimsy, Pam was in her element.
At her core, Pam was a loving wife, daughter, and sister who cared deeply for her family. She was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Bill; her sister, Beth; and her brothers, McKinley and Richard. She is survived by her mother, Doris Goins Webb, and her sister, Laurie Geren Sutton, who will carry her memory forward along with extended family and friends who were blessed to know and love her.
Those who knew Pam will remember her quick wit, her tender heart for animals, her creativity, and her devotion to God. Her laughter, her stories, and the art she left behind will continue to brighten the lives of those who miss her.
