Listen to Obituary

With equal parts sparkle, volume, and unmistakable flair, Pamela Jean Burnette made her grand exit on Saturday January 24th surrounded by family and love , leaving behind a world that feels a little quieter, a little less colorful, and a whole lot less entertaining.

Pam was a beloved daughter, sister, mother, wife, and grandmother, and she wore each role proudly - especially mother and memaw, which she considered her greatest title. She was funny, loud, sweet, and unforgettable. Pam never believed in doing anything halfway: if she loved you, she loved you big; if she laughed, she laughed loud; and if she had something to say, you were definitely going to hear it.

Above all, Pam loved her family fiercely. Being a mother and Memaw was the center of her world, and her love showed itself in countless ways - through laughter, kindness, and a sweetness that stayed with you long after you left her side.

She is reunited now with her beloved husband Mark Burnette and her father Kenneth Warner, and we imagine heaven just got a lot more animated.

She leaves behind her beloved family; Judith Quinn, Wayne and Kathy Warner, Lyndsey and Tracy Beard, Joslyn Harvey, Kyllie Freeman, Klay Thunquist, and Charlotte Hossink.

In honor of Pam, we encourage everyone to laugh a little louder, love a little harder, and never be afraid to be exactly who you are - because that's exactly how Memaw lived.

A celebration of life will be held Saturday February 7th at 1pm at

BETHLEHEM BAPTIST CHURCH

4998 E NANCE SPRINGS ROAD SE,

DALTON, GA 30721

She will be deeply missed - and never, ever forgotten.
