Owen Thomas Strickland

Owen Thomas Strickland a beloved father, grandfather, brother and friend, passed away peacefully October 6, 2026. He was born March 11, 1955, in Sweetwater Tennessee.

Preceded in death by his daughter Leanne; parents, John Thomas and Marie Strickland; sisters, Margaret, Jerri Ledford, Kay Jaynes, and Wilma Strickland.

He leaves behind a legacy whose memory he carries with him always in his heart, daughters, Jayne Millsaps, Crystal Upton, Sylvia Ford, Michelle Strickland; son, Jesus Rameris; several grandchildren and great grandchildren: sisters Joyce Nelson, Brenda and (Bobby) Overby, Kathy, Debbie, Lisa and (Rick) Walker and brother, Michael Strickland.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 25, 2026, at Faith Christian Fellowship Church 404 Old Dixie Highway, Tunnel Hill Georgia at 2:00 P.M. Bobby Overby officiating.
