Nina Sue Rymer, 85, passed away on June 8th, 2025. She was born to the late Lush Rymer and Ruth Rymer Ratledge on July 19th, 1939 in Cleveland, Tennessee.
Nina was best known by her singing career, and enjoyed traveling with the Fabulous Fables. She performed at the Grand Ole Opry, on the Porter Wagoner Show, and many other venues across Tennessee, Georgia, and Alabama. Her most memorable opportunity to perform was singing overseas with the USO for our troops.
In addition to her parents, Nina is preceded in death by her siblings, Bill Rymer, Donnie Ratledge, Patsy James, and Faye Saylor.
Nina is survived by her siblings, Bobby (Brenda) Rymer, Jim Ratledge, Betty Brown, Patricia Williford, nephews, Rusty and Kyle Rymer, Tony Brown, Tracy Williford, nieces, Gail Hurst, Tammie Wilson, Lisa Bell, Julie Rymer, and Christy Williford.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to Signature Healthcare and Hearth Hospice for the excellent care they provided to their beloved Sister and Aunt.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 12th, at 10:00 am at Hillcrest Cemetery in Cleveland, Tennessee.
