Nina Amelia Martin, 60, of Etowah, TN, passed away peacefully at her home on August 26, 2026, holding the hand of her beloved daughter.

Nina had a true green thumb and could grow just about anything. She especially loved yellow roses. She enjoyed shopping and had a special love for animals, especially her beloved dog, Little Bit. Above all else, Nina cherished her daughter and grandchildren, who were the greatest joys of her life. Her love, kindness, and presence will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her mother and stepfather, Evelyn and Chris Runion.

Those left to cherish Nina's memory include her daughter, Christina (William) Morgan; grandchildren, Rev. Christopher (Kylie) Morgan, William (Kameryn) Morgan, and James Morgan; her soon-to-be-born great-granddaughter, Adalynn Jo Morgan, due in December; father, Frank Raby; siblings, Lester (Susan) Raby, Elizabeth Raby, and Marsha Cook; along with many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.

In accordance with Nina's wishes, there will be no formal services.
