J. Nicholas McDowell passed away at his home Sunday, February 27, 2022.
He attended Lutheran School, Baylor School, and East Ridge.
He was survived by his parents Philip McDowell (Paula) and Teresa McDowell-Dixon (Frank); wife, Laura Symons McDowell; daughter, Hayley McDowell; stepson, Ethan Symons; brothers, Chip (Andrea) and Patrick (Sara); nephews, Jack, Charlie, Hank, and Warrick; and niece Lexi.
There will be a celebration of life Sunday, March 6, at 2:00 PM at First Baptist Church Lakeview. Prior to service the family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until service time. Pastors Patrick Cooper and Daniel White will be officiating.
Companion Funeral Home and the Cody family is honored to assist with these arrangements.
