Nicholas Steven Davenport

With broken hearts and deep sadness we announce the passing of our beautiful light Nicholas Steven Davenport age 43 to his heavenly home on Febuary 8 2026.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents Martha McAllister, Warren and Janice Davenport and angel niece Alice Amora Davenport.

He left behind his beloved only son Dylan Davenport. His mother Eunice Phillips, father and step mother Greg and Tonnia Davenport. His brother and sister in law Alex and Crystal Telgenhof, sister Lydia Davenport and brother Tyler Davenport. Nieces and nephews Chloe and Carly Littlejohn and Collin and Corbin Telgenhof. His ex wife Tonya Davenport, bonus brothers Nathin Littlejohn and Robert Watts. Aunts Beth Trew and Martha Bolton. His girlfriend, constant companion and lifelong love Meagan Branson (Hilliard) with her grandbaby Blakely. Numerous cousins and countless friends that became family.

To know Nick was to love him. He was a kind and gentle soul with great compassion. He didn't just walk into a room, he illuminated it. His smile and laughter were infectious, instantly making strangers feel like old friends. He was determined to leave people happier than he found them. He was quick with a joke, a silly dance or harmless prank. He just wanted to make the world a happier place. To help Nick's legacy of love and laughter live on please share a smile, a joke or a random act of kindness. All of our lives will be richer having known him and he will be loved and missed forever. In the words of A A Milne "How lucky I am to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard."

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Sunday, February 15, 2026, at Companion Funeral Home – Cleveland Chapel. The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until the service begins at 6:00 p.m.
