Nellie Lou Evans

Nellie Lou Evans, a resident of Ooltewah, TN and born on December 4, 1957, passed away on September 25, 2020 after a battle of ALS.

Preceded in death by her parents, Taylor & Dorothy Massingill; 3 brothers, Edward Massingill, James Massingill, Donald Massingill and John Hundley; 2 sisters, Martha Massingill and Lucille Hendricks.

She is survived by her husband, Robert Evans; daughter, Sabrina (Randy) Winship; granddaughter, Bella Winship; stepson, Joseph Evans; step-granddaughter, Breanna Paige Evans; brothers, Roger (Margret) Massingill, Jerry Massingill, twin brother Robert (Vanessa) Massingill, and Ricky Massingill; sisters, Judy (Gene) Helton, Virginia White, Kathleen (Howard) Knox, Ellamae (Kenneth) Copeland, Maria Graves and Barbara (Donnie) Blackwell; several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 29, 2020 from 4:00 PM-8:00 PM at Companion Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, 1:00 PM, September 30, 2020 at the funeral home. Interment will take place at Lee Cemetery in McDonald, TN.
