Nancy Jane McClure Logan, age 91 of Cleveland, Tennessee passed away in Cleveland on June 25th, 2026. She was born on November 15, 1934 in Charleson, TN. She was the Daughter of Frank and Lucy Caroline Davis McClure.

Nancy was graduate of Charleston High School, where she played basketball with her four sisters. They described her as the "Good Sibling", and the "Princess" of the group. She was very dependable and trustworthy. Nancy enjoyed spending time with family and friends, playing Rook, and watching Tennessee Lady Vols basketball. She always looked forward to the adventure of her "Sister Trips", visiting beaches and traveling to different states.

Nancy was an excellent cook with a family favorite being her German chocolate cake. In her early years she worked at the Cleveland drive-in theatre as a popcorn operator and she also worked at the telephone office in Cleveland. Later, she worked and retired from Mallory Battery Company (Duracell). After many years, she reconnected with and married Herman Logan in 1996. They enjoyed traveling, going on cruises, and being on the Hiawassee river on their boat.

Her life was marked by dedication to her family and a strong work ethic. Nancy's greatest joy came from spending time with her family - especially her grandchildren. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her. One of her favorite quotes was "If you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all."

In addition to her parents, Nancy was preceded in death by her husband; Herman Logan, her son; Allen Faulk, her brother; Jimmy McClure, and her sister; Carolyn Harris.

Nancy leaves behind her two children; daughter Vicki Golden (Randall) of Russellville, AR, and her son; Frank Faulk (Gena) of Georgetown, TN. She is also survived by her grandchildren; Jason Golden (Daranda), Neil Golden (Victoria), Charlie Golden, Bo Faulk, and Lucie Ballew, as well as her great-grandchildren; Peyton Golden, Findley Golden, Logan Golden, Levi Faulk, Shelby Reese, Colby Lasseter, Maggie Hendrix, and Gray Golden, and her great-granddaughter; Kinsleigh Golden.

She is also survived by her sisters; Shirley Maddox, Mary Jones, Margaret Chase, as well as many beloved nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Remember Me Senior Care of Cleveland for their loving care of Nancy. Another special thanks to Hearth Hospice and staff including Rachael Denton as well as her caregiver; Hayley Medeiros.

Another thank you to of the dedicated pallbearers; David Chase, Ben Carroll, Jackson Carroll, Jason Golden, Charlie Golden, Neil Golden, and Bo Faulk.

A visitation will be held Monday, June 29th, 2026 from 2:00-3:00pm with a funeral service starting at 3:00pm in the Ridge Sanctuary at Companion Funeral Home and Cremation Service located at 2412 Georgetown Rd NW, Cleveland, TN, 32311 with Pastor Tom Wickes officiating. A graveside service will follow at New Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery located at 1344 Chatata Valley Rd NE Cleveland, TN 37323.
