Mrs. Willie Fandora Waters

Willie Fandora Waters (Granny), 69, of Cleveland, TN, passed away peacefully, Tuesday, December 14, 2021, at her residence. She was born April 11, 1952, to the late Oscar & Annie Smith of Cleveland, TN. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brothers, L.V. Smith and Arnold Vines; sisters Marie Smith and Nancy Vines.

Survived by her children, Lisa M. Scarbro, Marshall (Lisa)Farris, Patricia Ledbetter, and Gregory Farris; William (Linda) Smith; sisters, Elizabeth Woods, Christin Mullins; brother, Hoyt Smith; sister, Debra (Robert) Medford and Linda Drotzur; 26 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM-1:00 PM, Monday December 20, 2021, at Companion Funeral Home, followed by the service in the chapel at 1:00 PM with Rev. Mike McDugal and John Stinnett, officiating. Burial will be held at Plowman Cemetery in Apison, TN.
