Obituary
Michael Wayne Gipson, 57, a resident of Rossville, GA passed away on Saturday night, August 3rd, 2013. Michael was born in Chattanooga on November 29th, 1955 a son of the late David J. and Peggy Sue Gipson. He was employed with Wally’s restaurant in East Ridge from many years. Michael enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren.
Michael leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving wife of twenty five years, Vickie D. Gipson, six children Michael W. Gipson Jr., Stacey R. Bliek, Kelly N. Allen, Chase A. Gipson, LeeAnn Minor, Rachel Sabec, twelve grandchildren, one great granddaughter, three sisters Shelia Shultz, Deborah Fairchild and Glenda Freeze, two brothers Johnny Gipson and Doyle Gipson. He is also survived by numerous other extended family members and a host of special friends.
A celebration of his life is planned for Tuesday, August 6th, 2013 at the Corinth Baptist Church located at 2524 Corinth Road in Lafayette, GA with the Reverend Michael Minor.
The family will receive friends at the church on Tuesday from 1:00 PM until the 3:00 PM service time.
