Merritt Erwin

Merritt Kimsey Erwin, aged 91, of Cleveland, Tennessee, passed away August 10, 2025. He was born March 20, 1934, in Calhoun, Tennessee.

He is survived by his loving wife, Barbara Erwin, along with their son, Gary Erwin and daughter-in-law Kim Miller-Erwin. His family also includes grandson Bryan Erwin, and granddaughter-in-law Esther Familia. As well as his grandchildren, Chandler Miller, Olivia Miller, Carolyn Miller, Katherine Cabrera, and Richard Cabrera.

Merritt served in the Army and was a proud veteran. His family will gather for a cremation ceremony to honor his life, details of which will be shared at a later date. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
