Meda Jump

Meda R. Jump, 69, of Dayton, Tennessee passed away on Thursday, October 9, 2025. Meda was born on November 12, 1955 to the late Tom and Nancy Ruth Bell. Meda was a dedicated member of Potter's House of Prayer for over 21 years and loved serving the Lord. She was loving wife, mother, and grandmother and will be deeply missed by all that knew her.

Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her daughter, Tonya L. Jump Cross.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband of 53 years Gerald L. Jump; her children, Tony (Lisa) Jump, Michelle (Mark) Wright, and Aaron (Felicia) Jump; her pride and Joy, Katie the Princess; 12 grandchildren; and 14 great grandchildren; along with a host of extended family and friends.

A celebration of life service will be held on Sunday, October 12, 2025 at Potter's House of Prayer located at 130 Backvalley Road Dayton, TN 37321 at 2:00 pm with Evangelist Kenneth Walker and Pastor Dennis Goins officiating. The family will be receiving friends from 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm prior to the service. A graveside service is to follow at Cranmore Cove Cemetery.
