Marion Herbert Cartee

Marion (Sonny) Cartee, 87, of Cleveland TN, passed away at a local healthcare facility on December 31, 2017. He moved from Fayetteville, N.C. to Cleveland in 1997. He was an Army veteran, served in the 11th Airborne at Ft Campbell, KY. He retired from Post Engineers at Ft. Bragg, N.C.
He is survived by his wife, Beverely Cartee; daughters, Miriam Sluder of Stedman, N.C., Alison Partney of Hope Mills, N.C., Elizabeth Faircloth of Fayetteville N.C., one step-son David Stewart of Clinton, TN. 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Memorial services will be held in Fayetteville, N.C.
