Marilyn Ruth Klaaren (née Specht) 88 years young, passed away on December 9, 2020 after a short battle with an unforgiving virus. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 69 yrs. Donovan Lee Klaaren. Marilyn dedicated her life to her husband and five children. Terry (Dori d) Klaaren, Debora (Bruce) Coulter, Timothy (Donna) Klaaren, Tobe (Kathy) Klaaren and Kimberly (Martie) Klaaren-Blencowe. Marilyn also left behind 9 Grandchildren, 9 Great-grandchildren, 2 nieces and a nephew. Marilyn was known for her love of animals having and caring for horses, several dogs, cats, birds and reptiles throughout her lifetime. She was an avid golfer and known for her quick wit and sense of humor - brightening a room the minute she walked in. She will be missed by many, and remembered as a strong woman who touched many lives.
