Maria del Carmen Ramirez Medina, 32, went to be with the Lord on February 7, 2026.

Maria was a cherished friend to many, always offering a listening ear and a steady shoulder to lean on in times of need. Her kindness, compassion, and generous spirit touched countless lives. She was a devoted and loving sister, but above all else, Maria was an incredible and dedicated mother to her children, who were the center of her world. Her love for them was unwavering and unconditional.

She is now reunited in Heaven with her beloved brothers, Aberham Ramirez and Jesus Ramirez, and her mother.

Those left to honor and cherish her memory include her precious children, Marcus, Valeria, and David; her sister, Esmeralda Ramirez (Raul Pantoja); her brother, Gustavo Ramirez; and many extended family members and dear friends who will forever hold her in their hearts.

A visitation will be held on Friday, February 13, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Companion Funeral Home of Athens. A funeral service will follow at 7:00 p.m.

María fue una amiga muy querida por muchos, siempre dispuesta a escuchar y a ofrecer su hombro en los momentos de necesidad. Su bondad, compasión y espíritu generoso tocaron innumerables vidas. Fue una hermana amorosa y dedicada, pero por encima de todo, María fue una madre increíble y entregada a sus hijos, quienes eran el centro de su mundo. Su amor por ellos fue inquebrantable e incondicional.

Ahora se reúne en el Cielo con sus queridos hermanos, Aberham Ramírez y Jesús Ramírez, y con su madre.

Quienes honran y atesoran su memoria son sus amados hijos, Marcus, Valeria y David; su hermana, Esmeralda Ramírez (Raúl Pantoja); su hermano, Gustavo Ramírez; además de muchos familiares y amigos que la llevarán por siempre en sus corazones.

La visitación se llevará a cabo el viernes 13 de febrero de 2026, de 3:00 p.m. a 7:00 p.m., en Companion Funeral Home of Athens. El servicio fúnebre se celebrará a las 7:00 p.m.
