We celebrate the life and legacy of Luis Enrique Pagan, a beloved son, father, and friend, who left us too soon on April 23, 2026, at the age of 55. Born on November 6, 1970, in the city of San Juan, Puerto Rico. Luis was a beacon of joy and resilience who touched the lives of everyone he met with his infectious smile and kind spirit. Luis was the cherished son of Jolinda Ovalle and was pre-deceased by his father, Luis Antonio Pagan, whose memory he held dear throughout his life. He is survived by his beloved son, Luis Alejandro Pagan. Luis's legacy will live on through his son, who embodies his father's strong values and love for life.
Luis's educational journey began at Colegio Pentecostal Mizpa in San Juan. Professionally, Luis found his calling as an elevator technician, a career that allowed him to combine his technical skills with his passion for helping others. He dedicated many years to Otis Elevator Company and the New York City Housing Authority, where he was known not only for his expertise but also for his unwavering dedication and integrity. His colleagues remember him as a dependable and warm-hearted individual who always went the extra mile to ensure the safety and satisfaction of those he served. Beyond his professional life, Luis was a man who truly loved life and took every opportunity to find happiness. His zest for life was evident in his every action, whether he was sharing a hearty laugh with friends or enjoying the simple pleasures of everyday life. A celebration of Luis's life will be held on May 23, 2026, at 4:00 PM, on the Lee University Campus, at the School of Nursing. In lieu of flowers, please donate to Peacemakers Sr Adult Ministry, North Cleveland Church of God 335 11th St NE Cleveland, TN 37311. We will gather to remember the incredible man he was and the indelible mark he left on our hearts. While we mourn the loss of Luis, we also celebrate the beautiful life he led and the love he shared with those around him. Luis Enrique Pagan will be deeply missed, but his spirit will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know him. May he rest in peace, surrounded by the love and joy he gave so freely in life.
