Loyal Broomfield

Loyal Anderson "Bunny" Broomfield, passed away on January 4, 2026, at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born on August 9, 1944 to the late Loyal Howard and Hazel Ella Broomfield.

Bunny worked in banking for more than 30 years and worked as an appraiser for 20 years. He loved spending time working in the yard, watching UT Football and the Lady Vols. He also loved to travel and he never met a stranger. He could carry on conversation with anyone! Bunny was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

In addition to his mother and father, he is preceded in death by his sisters Beverly Rush (Herman) and Wanda Price.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving wife of nearly 52 years, Connie Allen Broomfield; children: Teresa Choat (Jeffrey), Kristy Jones (Johnny), and Eddie Broomfield (Sarah); brother-in-law Sonny Price; grandchildren: Noah, Allie, Josh, and Alex. He also leaves behind four great-grandchildren and very special friends Jesse and Teresa Payne.

There will be no public services at this time.
