Louis Melvin Scroggins, 68, passed away on February 19, 2023 under the care of Hospice of Chattanooga. He worked at Lynskey Performance for nearly 50 years. He was preceded in death by his wife Bertha Scroggins, sisters Wilma Jean Blankenship, Betty Mattox, and Joyce Ramsey; parents Charlie Melvin and Elise Lockett Scroggins.
He is survived by his daughter, Sara Marshall and grandchildren Rebecca Marshall and Garrett Marshall. A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
