Lisa Chiang

Lisa Chiang passed away October 6, 2025. She is survived by her husband of 39 years, Rick Oberer, her brother Joel Chiang (Wife Lan) and three nieces, Lydia, Jessa, and Clarice.

She is predeceased by her father, Peter T Chiang and her mother, Michie Nakane Chiang.

Lisa was born in Hong Kong, China November 18, 1960. She was abandoned at the Fanling Babies Home in Hong Kong and later adopted by Peter and Michie Chiang along with her brother Joel.

Lisa loved riding her bikes on North Boundary Trail. She was the local legend.

Lisa always faced adversity with Strength and Courage.
