It is with deepest sadness that we announce the passing of Linda Sue Aden, born on August 27, 1947, in Pasadena, Texas. She passed away peacefully on May 21, 2026, in Loudon, Tennessee, at the age of 78.

Linda was a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She was deeply loved by her family and will be remembered for the love, memories, and joy she shared with the people closest to her. Her legacy lives on through the cherished moments she spent with her family.

Linda loved spending time with her family, especially her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Family meant everything to her. She loved family get togethers, baking, dancing, watching NASCAR, collecting coins and stamps, and making memories with the people she loved.

She was also a devoted Houston Astros fan. For years, one of her favorite traditions was watching Astros games while texting in a group chat with her sister Bobbie and her daughters, Monica and Tara. Those simple moments brought her so much joy and became memories her family will always treasure.

Some of her family's favorite memories were the times spent together at family gatherings, watching racing, taking Tara and Victor to dirt bike races, and dancing at Gilley's. Linda especially enjoyed dancing at Gilley's and cherished the fun and laughter shared there with family and friends. She loved the moments that brought her family together, whether they were big occasions or simple everyday traditions.

A burial service will be held on July 24 at 10:30 AM at Forest Park East Funeral Home & Cemetery, 21620 Gulf Freeway, Webster, Texas 77598.

The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to all of Linda's caregivers, hospice staff, friends, and loved ones for their support, kindness, and compassionate care during her final days.
