Lesley Eugene Roberson Jr.

Lesley Eugene Roberson Jr., 46, of Old Fort, TN passed away on January 15, 2021. He was born on August 3, 1974 in Cleveland, TN. Lesley was a lifelong resident of this area and a truck driver by trade. He enjoyed riding motorcycles and Alabama Football. Above all, Lesley was a loving son, husband, father, and grandfather. He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents: Betty Black and J.E. Whitted; Joe “Slim” and Mae Shannon, Granny Shorty Roberson and aunt Teresa Branam.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving wife Cassie Shannon Roberson; mother Janie Simmons and husband Daddy Gerald; biological father Lesley Roberson Sr; father and mother in law Ray and Diane Shannon; children: Haley Chinell (Monroe), Meagan Roberson, Caylin Hawkins (Hunter Myers); Alex Hawkins (Jasmine Cain), and Zachery Roberson; siblings: Shane Roberson (Malissa Davis), Curtis Simmons (Sue Ann Perry), and Hollie Shannon (Mitchell Long); grandchildren: Avery, Sophia, Josalynn, Adamere, Lakelynn, Braylon, and one on the way due in April, Hadleigh. In addition to these he leaves behind numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family and a special friend Rick (Bicycle) Stanton.
A celebration of Lesley’s life will be held at 7:00pm on Monday January 18, 2021 at the Cleveland Chapel of Companion Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00pm at the funeral home prior to the service.
