Infant, Leilani Lillian Evans, was born and passed away September 9, 2024, in East Ridge, TN. She was an angel in which Jamie was able to feel her kicks, she her smile and laugh, while handling herself with grace.
Leilani is preceded in death by her grandmother, Joan Evans.
Survived by her mother, Jamie Evans, siblings, Sean Hammonds, Jordan Hammonds; aunt, Fantasy Evans and Maxine Davis; uncles, Aaron Nelson, Joseph Rutledge, James Polk, and Lavan Nelson.
