Lavenia S. McCamish of Calhoun, TN, 89 went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, July 27, 2024. She was born on January 2, 1935 to Walter and Beulah Bolen.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Clifford R. McCamish; son Cliff McCamish; stillborn twin brother and sister; and two half-sisters, Ruth Sneed & Opal McKee.
Lavenia is survived by son Roger (Sherrie) McCamish of Cleveland, TN; daughters Deborah Geren and Denise Hall of Athens, TN; daughter in law Vickie McCamish of Riceville, TN; granddaughter Stephanie McCamish Haynie of Cleveland, TN; several other grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
She was of the Baptist faith. A private graveyard service was held at the Calhoun First Baptist Cemetery with Reverend Hugh Bryan on Friday, August 2, 2024.
