Kimberly Shay Phillips

Kimberly Shay Phillps went home to be with the Lord on September 28, 2026, finding the peace and rest she long deserved. After years of illness, she is now healed, whole, and reunited with her mother, Eva Faye Fair, in heaven.

She was born on November 28,1967 in Fort Pierce, Florida. She leaves behind her children, Spencer Dale, Faith Dale, Mahogany Pekoc and her grandchildren who loved her deeply.

Kimberly was known for her kindness, her humor, her stubborn determination, and the way she made people feel seen and cared for. Even in her hardest years, she kept her spirit, her love, and her faith. Her strength was quiet but undeniable. She cherished the song, "The Old Rugged Cross", and now she has the peace and rest that song promised her.
