Kerrie Jo Jones

Kerrie Jo Lemons Jones, 62 of Cleveland TN passed peacefully into the arms of Jesus March 21, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.

A loving wife, mother, sister and friend, Kerrie will always be remembered for her kindness and willingness to help those in need. She loved her family deeply and enjoyed family dinners with everyone present. Most recently she enjoyed taking short trips with her sisters.

Born September 10, 1963, in Cleveland, TN to the late Charles Harold Lemons and Shirley Jo Newman Lemons. She graduated from Bradley Central High School in 1982 and married the love of her life in June of that year. She worked most of her life in the hosiery industry and was employed with Renfro Brands at the time of her death. She was of the Baptist faith and a member of Abundant Life Church.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her husband of 44 years Tony Jones, and their son Zach Jones, who she treasured with all her heart. Sisters Cathy (Randy) Morrow of Cleveland TN, Lisa (Jay) Dunbar of Chatsworth GA, Mary (Chris) Ryan of Dalton GA. Sister-in-laws Cindy (Gene) Cabrera, Peggy and Donna Link all of Cleveland TN. Her nieces and nephews who she loved dearly. Several aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family.

Those waiting to welcome her home in addition to her parents are Father-in-law and Mother-in-law Robert and Geneva Jones. Sister Nancy Cornish. Brother Charles Gary (Jack) Lemons and infant brother Randy Lemons. Nephews Chris Keller and Jeremy Haddock.

The family will welcome friends at Companion Funeral Home, Ridge Chapel, Sunday, March 29, 2026, beginning at 2:00. Funeral services, officiated by Pastor Gary Nelson, will immediately follow at 4:00pm. Karrie will be laid to rest, at a private committal service, Monday, March 30, 2026, at Sunset Memorial Gardens.

Nick Haddock, Jay Dunbar, Chase Cabrera, Gene Cabrera, Jonathan Haddock and Jaxon Blankenship serving as pallbearers.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations may be made to the American Cancer Society Accounting, 167 Ham Drive NE, Cleveland, TN. 37323. In memory of Kerrie Jones.
