Keith L. Hurst

Keith Lamont Hurst went to be with the Lord on Friday, November 24, at Sweetwater Hospital. He was a valued employee of Jacky Jones Ford Lincoln and will be greatly missed. He loved laughter, friends, and most of all good food. He was 50.

Preceded in death by: his parents, Joan Hurst, Mother; Father and step-mother Thomas and Earlean Hurst.

Survivors include his wife Marlene Inman Hurst, Daughters: Tyra, Taylor and Tiesha Hurst; Son Diquan (April) Hurst; Shaye Avens Inman, daughter of his heart; Granddaughter Jasmin Thompson and Mother-in-law Doncella Inman all of Sweetwater, TN. Brothers: Dewayne Harris of Pontiac, MI; Charles Hurst, Calvin Cooper of Chattanooga, TN; Wayne (Debra) Edwards of Sweetwater, TN; Bryan Hurst of Pikeville, TN; Ronnie (Jaqueline) Edwards of Davenport, IA. Sisters: Phyllis Davis of Chattanooga, TN; Priscilla (Hug) Dixson of Knoxville, TN. Brother-in-law James (Trisha) Inman; Sister-in-law: Jessica (Shannon) Arnett all of Sweetwater, TN; Tanya (John) Jackson of Marietta, GA; Christiana (Felix) Latham of Knoxville, TN. Special friends: Aaron Smith, Delano Colvin and James Lane and a host of Aunts, Uncles, Neices, Nephews and cousins.

A celebration of his life is planned for Thursday night, November 30, 2017 at 6:00 PM at the Mt. Cumberland Presbyterian Church located at 111 County Road 299 in Sweetwater, TN with the Reverend Perry C. Jackson and the Reverend Hugh Dixson officiating.

The family will receive friends at the church on Thursday evening from 5:00 PM until the 6:00 PM service time.
