Katie Sue Campbell

Katie Sue Campbell, 84, a resident of Riceville, TN passed away on Friday, September 21, 2018 at Erlanger Medical Center. She was born on August 30, 1934 in Englewood, TN.
She is preceded in death by her parents Earnest & Ni’Gonial Saffles and one daughter Sheila Wilcox.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory three daughter Roxie Shelton (David), Roberta Campbell and Elizabeth Campbell, two sisters Jane Dunn of Etowah and Laura Maxwell of Madisonville, one brother Beecher Saffles of Etowah, seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
A funeral is planned for Friday, September 28, 2018 at 4:00 PM in the chapel of Companion Funeral Home of Athens with interment to follow in the Sullins Cemetery. Receiving of friends will be from 2:00 PM until the 4:00 PM service time on Friday at the funeral home.
