Kathy Lynn Bagley

Kathy Lynn Bagley, 60, a resident of Cleveland, TN passed away on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, at her home surrounded by loving family. She was born in Jenkins, KY on January 16, 1966. Kathy was a 1984 graduate of Whitesburg High School. She loved to knit and make blankets in her spare time, but most important to her was spending time with her family and friends and loving on her grandbabies.

She is preceded in death by her father William W. Watkins Sr., her husband Arvil Bagley and one granddaughter Brooklynn Hughes.

Kathy leaves behind to cherish her memory, her daughter Savannah Bagley, son-in-law Alex Tranquilino, one granddaughter Nevah Ragan, two grandsons Hunter Hughes and Alexander Tranquilino, three brothers William Watkins Jr., Kenneth Boggs, and Charles Watkins (Sally), one Aunt Katherine Bently, one niece Haley Watkins, four special friends, Maggie Gibson, Jennifer Hicks, Grayson Hicks and Sherry Hicks, numerous other extended family members and a host of friends.
