Karen Regina Hale

Karen Regina Hale, age 62, passed away peacefully at her home on October 14, 2026.

Karen was a woman who found happiness in life's simple pleasures. She loved her late husband, John Hale, and Piglet their beloved dog more than anything in this world. Her love for them was unconditional, and they held a special place in her heart.

Karen enjoyed spending her days watching Judge Judy, going camping, and cooking good food. She found joy in the little things, whether it was preparing a delicious meal, enjoying the outdoors, or simply relaxing at home with her favorite television show.

Karen was preceded in death by her beloved husband, John Hale; her mother, Loretta Monty; and her father, James Blackburn.

She leaves behind her loving sisters, Melissa Cate and Paulette Pappas (Steve); her brother, Jerry Phillips (Joletta); and her four nieces, Brittany Shelton (Cory), Kayla Smith, Rane Amaro, and Emily Phillips. She is also survived by many great-nieces and nephews, along with family and friends who will forever hold her memory close.

Though Karen is no longer with us, the love she gave and the memories she created will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

We find comfort in imagining Karen reunited with her beloved John, together again in a love that even death could not take away.

Forever loved, deeply missed, and never forgotten. ❤️
