Judy Ann Creighton

August 13, 1955 — July 12, 2025

Judy Ann Creighton, 69, a resident of Cleveland, TN, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family. A devoted wife, mother, and faithful follower of Christ, Judy's life was a reflection of love, grace, and unwavering strength.

Born on August 13, 1955, Judy was preceded in death by her parents, Joe and Rosella Thompson, and her beloved daughter Megon Leah Creighton. Though her heart knew the ache of loss, she remained a pillar of comfort and compassion to those around her.

Judy is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, Curtis Whitt Creighton, with whom she shared a beautiful life built on faith, loyalty, and deep love. She also leaves behind her children, Candace (Maria) Guevara and Adam Russel Creighton, grandchildren, Hayden (Jaelyn) Compton, Hayley (Colby) Wilson, Chase (Jessica) Creighton, Cloe Creighton, Addison Creighton, and Kate Guevara, great-grandchildren, Sawyer and Sadie Wilson, siblings, Dana (Dan) Bennewitz, Scott (Joy) Thompson, and several nieces and nephews who will forever cherish her guiding hand, joyful spirit, and unwavering devotion.

Judy had a heart full of creativity and care. She loved to cook meals that brought her family together, tend to her yard with pride, decorate her home with warmth and elegance, and always found joy in a good shopping trip. Christmas was her favorite time of the year- a season that mirrored her own spirit: generous, bright, and full of love.

Her faith in Christ was the foundation of her life, and she walked that faith with quiet strength and purpose. Judy's legacy will live on in the lives she touched with her love, her laughter, and her example of living life with intention and grace.

A celebration of Judy's life will be held July 15th from 6pm to 8pm at Double Springs Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers, the family invites donations in her memory to Double Springs Baptist Church.

Her absence leaves a space that can never be filled, but her presence will live on in the heart of all who knew and loved her.

You are invited to share a personal memory of Judy or your condolences with her family at her online memorial located at www.companionfunerals.com. Companion Funeral Home of Cleveland and the Cody family are honored to assist the family with these arrangements.
