Judy Ann Cofer

Judy Ann Cofer, 68, of Cleveland, Tennessee, passed away on Thursday, July 30, 2026. She was born on February 3, 1958, to the late Joe P. Cochran and Ruth Ann Cochran.

Judy found joy in life's simple pleasures. She loved visiting yard sales, collecting rocks, listening to music, and spending time outdoors enjoying nature and watching the clouds. Above all, Judy treasured the time she shared with her family and friends. Her warm presence and love for those around her will be deeply missed.

In addition to her parents, Judy was preceded in death by her infant son, Christopher Sullivan; her brother, Joe P. Cochran Jr.; and her nephew, Tanner Cochran.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her sons, Blain Bearden and his wife, Robin, and Brandon Bearden; her grandchildren, Emily and Grayson; her siblings, Diane Bramlett and her husband, Jeff, Linda Haney and her husband, Ralph, Debbie Bunch and her husband, Thomas, and Sharon Brown and her husband, James; along with numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.

A celebration of Judy's life will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday August 2, 2026 in the chapel of Companion Funeral & Cremation Service, located at 2415 Georgetown Road NW, Cleveland, Tennessee 37311. Her family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until the service hour at 3:00 p.m. Judy will be laid to rest following the service at Hiwassee Memorial Gardens.
