Joseph Lawrence Trogdon

Joseph Lawrence Trogdon, 42, passed away June 4, 2026. He was born May 15, 1984. Known for his hard work in the lawn care industry and his remarkable talent for gardening, Joseph possessed a green thumb that allowed him to cultivate beauty in every space he transformed. He embraced life with enthusiasm and fostered connections with those around him, whether through his friendships or his beloved family. Joseph also worked as a mechanic.

Preceded in death by his mother, Karen Medlin; father, Joe Trogdon and sister Jessica Wilson.

Survived by his wife, Sharon Headrick; sons, Deacon Shrewsbury, Zacharey Evans and Teddy Trogdon; daughters, Taylor M. Trogdon and Marilyn Trogdon; siblings, Mike Shrewsburg, Juanita Ross and Perry Davis; nieces and nephews, Reese Wilson, Shyanne Fisher, Lailah Wilson and Dominic Shrewsbury; and lifelong/ childhood friend Perry Davis.

In celebration of Joseph's incredible life, we will gather to share stories, laughter, and love. The details of these future ceremonies will be shared with family and friends soon. Until then, we remember Joseph with joy, as he would have wanted, embodying the spirit of Psalm 46:10, "Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth."
