John T. Mahr

John Terence Mahr, 54, passed away on Thursday, March 26th, 2020 under the care of Hospice Chattanooga. He was a native of Michigan where he was a very successful hockey player. He served 9 years in the United States Navy as an air traffic controller. He continued his career across Nashville, TN; Macon, GA; Little Rock, AR; and Atlanta, GA.

He is survived by his wife Ramona Patterson Mahr, son Braxton Mahr, step-mother Sandy Seiler, brother Craig Mahr (Lara), step-brother Bill Seiler (Wendy), sister Tracy Mahr King (John), and step-sister Lori DeShambo. He is proceeded in death by his parents Fred and Paulette Mahr.

Additional details for the celebration of his life will be announced at a later date. Arrangements will be made by Companion Funeral and Cremation Services in Cleveland, TN.
