JoAnne "Jojo" Reinhardt, 80, entered into eternal rest with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on October 10, 2026, in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Born in Paris, TN Jojo spent most of her life in Memphis before moving to Chattanooga in her later years.

Jojo was a force of nature. Funny, fiercely strong, and wonderfully stubborn, she never hesitated to speak her mind and always had a quick comeback ready.

A woman of remarkable strength and independence, Jojo owned and operated First Serve Tennis shop in Germantown, Tennessee. She also enjoyed a successful career as a real estate agent at Crye-Leike. Her achievements earned her numerous travel opportunities, including a cherished trip to Holland, where visiting the windmills became one of her favorite memories, Her determination and entrepreneurial spirit inspired her daughters, Lisa and Phyllis, to open a shop together. Her love of life and travel was passed down to the next generation.

Jojo was a devoted Christian and longtime member of Bellevue Baptist Church. She served as a Sunday school teacher and volunteered ARISE2read, helping children develop a love of reading and learning. She never missed an opportunity to share her love for Jesus with those around her. Her faith was her gilding light, and it showed in everything she did. Above all else, she loved her family, her Bubba, and Jesus.

Nothing brought Jojo greater joy than having her family together. For many years, she hosted Christmas celebrations that brought generations of the Bullard family under one roof, filling the holidays with laughter, love, and cherished memories. She also had an extraordinary love of dessert and firmly believed that cake and coffee made the perfect breakfast, a tradition her family will happily carry on.

Jojo's greatest love story began when she was just 16 years old and fell in love with Phillip "Bubba" Reinhardt. Married at 17, they shared nearly six decades of marriage before his passing in 2020. Together, they built a life centered on family and faith, and a love that endured throughout their years together.

She is survived by her daughters, Alisa Long (Tim) and Phyllis Morgan (Bill): her sister, Sandi Childress: her brother-in-law, Tommy Terry: her sister-in-law Glenda Bullard: her grandchildren, Austin Long (Taylor), Hunter Long (Delaney), Alex Kesner, and Chase Kesner (Megan fiancée): Her great-grandchildren, Isabella and Liam Long: and her nephew, TJ Terry.

Jojo was preceded in death by her beloved husband Phillip "Bubba" Reinhardt: her siblings, Edie Terry and Miike Bullard: her brother-in-law, Richard Childress: and her nephews: Kevin Terry and Robbie Garetson: and her best buddy, Riggs.

Jojo leave behind a legacy of unwavering faith, fierce independence, and love for family. Her strength will continue to inspire, her humor will continue to bring smiles, and the traditions she created will be cherished for generations to come.

And somewhere, there will always be someone having cake for breakfast or creme brûlée with lunch because life is too short not to.

A joint Celebration of Life honoring Jojo and her beloved Bubba will be held at Bellevue Baptist Church in Memphis, Tennessee on Friday, October 30th. Visitation at 11:00 and Service at noon. This will be in the Chapel at Bellevue.
