Jimmy Allen Massingale was taken to his heavenly home early Thursday morning, on September 24, 2026. He died of natural causes and will be greatly missed.

He leaves behind his wife of 26 and a half years, Elizabeth Massingale, and their dear friend, Sandy. He is also survived by his mother, Linda Massingale; his brothers, Richard and Toney Massingale; his sister, Sharon Massingale; niece and nephews, Jessica and Billy Pierce, Brandon Massingale, and Dace Brown; and his great-nephew, Ely Pierce.

A celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date and will be announced by family once planned.
