Jimmy Lee Goins

Jimmy Lee Goins, 53, lifelong resident of Chattanooga, TN, passed away, July 16, 2026. He was born March 26, 1973, and of the Christian faith. Jimmy loved playing the guitar and riding motorcycles. Above all, he loved spending time with his grandkids, family and helping others.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Brenda; father, James; brother, Billy; Crystal Gail; grandparents, Betty and Fred Miracle, grandfather, Joe plaster, grandparents, Opal Goins and Jimmy Goins Sr.

Survived by his loving wife, April Goins; sons, Brandon Goins, Jody Harris and Karrington Harris; daughters, Kaylie Goins, Sarah (Tyler) Goins, Shyanne (Goins) Morrison and Haven Leigh Harris; sister, Tonya Cantrell (Mike); stepsister, Lisa Harden; grandchildren, Keyaunna Goins, Kaiden Goins, Kaleb Goins, Addie Goins and Austin Buscemi; nephews, Mikey and Jake Cantrell.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 25, 2026, at Companion Funeral Home, 6018 John Douglas Drive, Chattanooga, Tn 37421, from 2:00 PM-5:00 PM followed by the service at 5:00 PM.
