James "Jim" Pettyjohn, 71, of Ringgold, GA passed away on April 19th, 2026, at his home. He was of the Baptist faith and was an avid Liverpool fan. They won their game hours before he passed.
He was preceded in death by his parents Kennith and Carolyn Pettyjohn.
He is survived by his sister Brenda Dunn, nieces Chrissy (Jesse) Cunningham, Tiffany (Pearson) Blount, and Angela (Adam) Gruenberg as well as several great nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at the Chattanooga National Cemetery at 2:30PM on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, followed by burial.
