Jerry Steven Caldwell

Jerry Steven “Goose” Caldwell, 74, a lifelong resident of Georgetown, TN passed away on Friday morning, June 1, 2018 at his home. Steve was born on July 24, 1943 a son of the late C. L. & Erma Lee Caldwell. He was of the Methodist faith and a member of Eastview Methodist Church in Georgetown. Steve was a farmer by trade and known by many for his master gardening skills. He was an honorably discharged veteran of the U. S. Army National Guard. Steve will forever be remembered for being a loving son, husband, father, grandfather and brother.

In addition to his parents, Steve is preceded by his loving wife Mossie Childs Caldwell.

Steve leaves behind to cherish his memory his two sons and their wives Anthony & Angela Caldwell and Mark & Jennifer Caldwell, five grandchildren Hunter, Cassy, Gage, Seth and Levi Caldwell, one brother Bobby Caldwell and his wife Frances, one sister Diane Caldwell, numerous other extended family members and host of special friends.

A celebration of his life is planned for Monday night, June 4, 2018 at 7:00 PM at the Eastview Methodist Church located at 1815 Eastview Road, Georgetown, TN 37336 with the Reverend David Evans officiating. The family will receive friends on Monday afternoon from 3:00 PM until the 7:00 PM service time at the church.

The interment and committal service is planned for Tuesday, June 5, 2018 at 11:00 AM in the Caldwell Cemetery in Georgetown with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
