Jennifer Brody Dornbush

On Saturday, July 25, 2026, Jennifer Brody Dornbush died in Chattanooga, TN, after a two year battle with ovarian cancer, at the age of 78. She was most proud of being a Master Gardener, and spent many hours with her African violets and other plants and in her vegetable garden and flower beds, and loved to provide advice and guidance to others.

Jennifer was born in Memphis, TN, on November 14, 1947. She and her husband, Bill, met in Cleveland, Ohio, on a blind date in February, 1968, and their romance grew quickly. They were married in Cleveland on July 12, 1969 and had 57 wonderful years together. She is survived by her husband, Bill, two sons, Morgan and Justin, a daughter-in-law, Gabriella Arroyo, her sister, Judy, and brother, Jonathan. Jennifer and Bill loved to travel to US National Parks using their Escape travel trailer, and visited 48 parks.

Jennifer received a degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Case Institute of Technology. She worked in many industries, and finished her career with Price Waterhouse Coopers where she specialized in SAP Security.

Jennifer will be interred in the Unitarian Universalist Church of Chattanooga Memorial Garden. A Celebration of Life will be held later.
