Jeffery Fowler

Jeffery Allen Fowler, 58, of Cleveland, TN passed away on December 16th 2025. After fighting a hard battle with cancer. He recite divine healing and is home with his Lord and Savior. Jeff was born in Cleveland, TN to Shirley Forgey- Fowler and Ray Fowler on May 25, 1967.

Jeff is preceded in death by his Mother Shirley Forgey-Fowler, son James Anthony Fowler, grandparents Jewel and Sterl Forgey, and Ira and Vida Fowler.

Jeff is survived by his father Ray Fowler and step mom Barbara Fowler, brother Tim R Fowler and wife, Tyra Fowler; sister Tammy Bandarrigi and husband Nemat Bandarrigi and sister Angie Goforth and husband Lonnie Goforth; children Joshua Fowler (Angie) and Amanda Swallows (James) Nieces and Nephews, Alisha Walker, Michael Bales, Cassandra Fowler Slone, Catherine Fowler Hunt, Boston Fowler, Jana Shay Machoka, Monica Armstrong and Kayla Callahan.

Family visitation will be Saturday, December 20, 2025, at Companion Funeral Home, Ridge Chapel at Noon. Funeral Services, officiated by Dewayne Lewallen, will follow at 1:00. Jeffery will be laid to rest at Boanerges Cemetery in Old Fort, TN.

Pallbearers are Michael Bales, Gage Walker, Brandon Slone, Daniel Hunt, Joshua Fowler and James Swallows.
