Obituary
Jean Shirley Seidel, 75, a resident of Spring City, TN passed away on Thursday, Dece,ber 6, 20121 in a Chattanooga hopsital. Jean was born in Glensfalls, NY on Feb 22, 1937 a daughter of the late Reginald and Marion Lowe. Jean is survived by her husband Melvin Chaney.
There will be no public services however, the family will hold a private memorial service at a later date.
