J.D. Farris

J.D. Farris, 69, a lifelong resident of the Cleveland area, passed away Saturday, August 12, 2017 at his home. J.D. served his country as a marine and served in Vietnam. He was very proud of his family and also loved driving his truck.
He is preceded in death by his wife; Denna Farris; Father and mother, Earl Sr. and Delcie Farris.
He is survived by his siblings, Ruth Garrett, Earl Farris jr., Tom Farris, Fletcher Farris, Gary Farris, Larry Farris; children, Angela Smith, Chad Farris, Dewy (Robin) Farris, Regina Laughlin, John (Heather) Farris. He also has ten grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
There will be a celebration of life service Thursday August 17, 2017 at 8 PM at the Companion Chapel. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM preceding the service also at the Companion Chapel, located at 2415 Georgetown Rd NW Cleveland, TN 37311.
